Designation: Lead Generation Executive

Description: We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. The ideal female candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation, an understanding of IT services, and proficiency in modern prospecting tools and techniques.

Education:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, and relevant degree or education in Computer science, Information Technology, is also acceptable.

Relevant Experience: 01 - 03 years’ experience.

Location: Pune - Headquarters

Skills:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a persuasive approach.
2. Strong knowledge of B2B sales, prospecting techniques, and outbound lead generation strategies.
3. Ability to understand technical services like cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, and software development.
4. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
5. Nice to have: Experience using lead generation and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

Experience:
1. B2B sales processes and prospecting techniques.
2. Lead generation strategies, including cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls).
3. BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) lead qualification framework.
4. CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce for lead tracking and management.
5. Industry trends and competitor activities in the software services and IT sector

Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Research: Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, databases, and industry events.
2. Outreach Campaigns: Execute cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls to generate interest and qualify leads from assigned geography.
3. Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on BANT criteria such as company size, industry, budget, and pain points before passing them to the sales team.
4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data and update interactions in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
5. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
6. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

QMS Responsibilities
1. To participate meaningfully in Internal and third-party Audits of Implemented Management System Standards.
2. To contribute to the organization Knowledge inventory documents.
3. To participate in finalising management review inputs to be given to QMS coordinator/MR.
4. To control, correct, find out root cause and take corrective actions on non-Conformity and its consequence and customer complaints.
5. To be aware of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
